  • In summer, in order to relieve summer-heat, many people like to drink ice beer. However, few people concern about the proper drinking way of beer and ice beer. Recently, dietitians have pointed out some notes for drinking ice beer in order to help people keep healthy.

    The first note is that people should not drink ice beer too much. Beer is full of nutrients with little alcohol. Some people always drink lots of ice beer in hot days. Most of the moisture will be discharged soon, while the alcohol will be absorbed rapidly to increase the content of blood lead in the blood. If people always drink too much ice beer in a whole summer, the normal activities of cells will be restrained and affected. In addition, adipose accumulation will be caused and RNA synthesis will be stopped, which accelerate the formation of beer belly. Therefore, the beer intake should be restrained under 1000 milliliters.

    The second note is that the temperature of beer should not be too low. Some people band beer bottles together and the incident is caused when these bottles collide each other. Certain pressure exists inside the bottle and it will be raised when the environmental temperature is too high. So, people should pay great attention to explosion of beer bottles in summer.

    The last note is that smoked fish should not be eaten when people are drinking beer. It is important to remember that smoked food like smoked fish and smoked meat should not be taken as dishes when beer will be drunk. Organic amine is contained in smoked food and multi-ring hydrocarbon, amino acid derivatives even benzopyrene will be produced during the cooking process. These substances will be integrated with the blood lead which will be increased by excessive beer to cause gastrointestinal diseases and even cancers.
