Additionally, 7-Deaza-ddG has been explored for its potential therapeutic applications, such as in the development of antiviral drugs. Overall, this chemical plays a crucial role in advancing our understanding of nucleic acids and has the potential to contribute to the development of new medical treatments.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 111869-49-9 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,1,1,8,6 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 111869-49:
(8*1)+(7*1)+(6*1)+(5*8)+(4*6)+(3*9)+(2*4)+(1*9)=129
129 % 10 = 9
So 111869-49-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of 4-Substituted 2-Aminopyrrolopyrimidine 2',3'-Dideoxyribonucleosides
Seela, Frank,Muth, Heinz-Peter
, p. 227 - 232 (2007/10/02)
A number of new 2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine N-7-(2',3'-dideoxyribonucleosides) (11 - 13 and 15) were synthesized. These are related to 7-deaza-2',3'-dideoxyguanosine (14), but carry various substituents at C-4. 2-Amino-4-chloro-7-(2',3'-dideoxy-β-D-glycero-pentofuranosyl)-7H-pyrrolopyrimidine (3) was used as a common intermediate, and was obtained from the corrsponding 2'-deoxyribonucleoside 4 by selective silylation of 5'-OH and Barton deoxygenation of 3'-OH.
