Method for preparing meconazole intermediate
-
, (2021/11/21)
The invention relates to a preparation technology of a bactericide, namely, meconazole, and discloses a method for preparing a compound shown as a formula (I), which comprises the following steps: (1) in the presence of organic alkali, contacting a compound shown as a formula (II) with a compound shown as a formula (III) for a condensation reaction; and (2) sequentially carrying out hydrolysis reaction I and decarboxylation reaction on a product obtained after the condensation reaction to obtain the compound shown in the formula (I). In the process for preparing the compound as shown in the formula (I), a Grignard reagent is not used, the cost of raw materials is effectively reduced, three wastes generated in the process are reduced, meanwhile, the total yield of the reaction is high, and the method is suitable for industrial mass production. .
