The invention discloses a benzo-terthiophene triformaldehyde compound synthesis method which includes the steps: mixing 2, 4, 6-X-trishalogenated-1, 3, 5-triformaldehyde benzene, 1, 4-dithio-2, 5-dioland basic catalysts in a reaction container according to a certain proportion and then adding organic solvents; heating a reaction system and performing heat reaction for a period of time; adding reaction mixture into a certain amount of ice water after complete reaction, centrifuging the reaction mixture, washing the reaction mixture sequentially by distilled water and the organic solvents, centrifugally separating precipitates and drying the solid precipitates in a vacuum drying oven to obtain a target product. The synthesis method has the advantages that reaction conditions are mild, temperature is easily controlled, and the process is simple and economical. A used sulfur source is the 1, 4-dithio-2, 5-diol, a thiophene ring is constructed by coupling reaction among molecules and in the molecules, raw materials are easy to obtain and safe, hazardous reagents are omitted, and operation cost and energy consumption are reduced.

The invention discloses a benzotrithiophene-triformaldehyde compound and a synthesis method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triformaldehyde benzene, 1,4-disulfide 2,5-diol and a basic catalyst are mixed in a reaction vessel in a certain ratio, and then an organic solvent is added; a reaction system is heated and an insulation reaction is carried out for a period of time; after the reaction is completed, a reaction mixture is added to a certain amount of ice water, and then is centrifuged and washed successively with distilled water and the organic solvent, a precipitate is centrifuged, and a solid is precipitated and dried. The invention discloses the novel compound and the synthesis method thereof. The compound can be used as a monomer material forpreparing a semiconductor device, a solar cell, a covalent organic framework (COF), or the like. In addition, the compound has the simple synthesis method, and the method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, easy control, simple operation and high safety factor.
