Description

L-ASPARTIC ACID is a nonessential amino acid that naturally occurs in animals, plants, sugarcane, sugar beets, and molasses. It is also available in a synthetic version commonly used for commercial applications. L-ASPARTIC ACID exists as colorless or white crystals with an acid taste and is slightly soluble in water.
