Delamine is a joint venture between Akzo Nobel Chemicals, based in The Netherlands and Tosoh Corporation Japan. This joint operation produces ethylene amines at its own production site in Delfzijl in the north of The Netherlands. Founded in 1976, Delamine started producing at this plant in 1978.
