This new entity had the advantage of starting life with a wealth of existing human resources, experience, technologies and functions resulting from the progressive mergers of Teikoku Chemical Industries, Nagase Chemicals, Nagase Biochemicals, Nagase-CIBA and Nagase Electronic Chemicals.
