Oils and Lubricants Tilley distributes a complete line of industrial and automotive oils and lubricants from the leading oil and lubricant producers. Product Services Tilley Chemical Company operates a large distribution facility in Baltimore as well as warehouse storage in other strategic geographic locations. These facilities enable us to provide product packaging, bulk transfer, and handling services on a contract basis for dry bulk and liquid products.
