The main activity of the OVERLACK group of companies (www.overlack.de) is an international distribution of a wide range of chemical and food raw materials (both standard and special) - even in 18 European and Asian countries. The company established 90 years ago by the Overlack family, developing the family business and maintaining time-proved traditions, is now managed by the third generation of the OVERLACK family. The coordination of the subsidiaries' activities is carried out from the main office in M?nchengladbach (Germany). When developing its activity, the OVERLACK group pays special attention to the Eastern European Market which is young, but is very receptive to innovations and has huge growth prospects. Private Limited Liability Company OVERLACK UAB has been an active supplier of the chemical and food raw materials and additives in Lithuania since 2003. Having started its activity as a Lithuanian owned company Eurochemas UAB, the company became a member of the OVERLACK group of companies in 2006.
