Applications：

- Dispersing ultra-fine titanium dioxide, zinc oxide powder or inorganic pigments in oil based products

- Can be used in lipsticks, eye masks, sun screen products and makeup bases.

Usage:

Be sure to dissolve the dispersant in the base solvent BEFORE the powder is added.
The recommended dosage is 1/10 of the powder added (by weight) and 1/20 for nanoparticles.
