Solubility:
Glucoraphanin is soluble in water, methanol or alcohol. Arbutin is partially soluble in cold water. Arbutin is insoluble in aether, mineral ether.
Applications:
Glucoraphanin is a glucosinolate found in broccoli and cauliflower, particularly in the young sprouts.
