Silibase-2896 is a highly reactive non-hydrolytic foam stabilizer of polysiloxane polyether copolymer, with a silicon-carbon bond. It is suitable for foam systems of HFC and all water, with good nucleation and fluidity.

Ø Silibase-2896 allows material has good fluidity and uniform density distribution in the foaming process, which molds good plastic products, saves raw materials and reduces the cost.

Ø Silibase-289 6has an excellent effect in stabilizing foam, minimizing empty hole phenomenon under the surface, is a ideal foam stabilizer for freon-free premixed polyether.

n How to use

Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2896 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.

 

 

n Packing and Storage

Ø Available in 25 kg pail and 200kg drums.

Ø 24 months in closed containers.
