Silibase-28620 is mainly used for medium and high density flexible foam production, working good for those foam density 15~35kg/m3,specially recommended for foam density 15~30kg/m3
n How to use
Use levels of 1.2 to 1.8 parts Silibase-28620 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.
n Packing and Storage
Ø Available in 25 kg pail and 200kg drums.
Ø 24 months in closed containers.

Ø Silibase-2898 can significantly reduce or even eliminate the ‘shear line’ phenomenon of plastic products, making foam structure more uniform, and close-cell rate higher. Thereby the insulation performance and mechanical strength are enhanced.
n How to use
Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2898 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.
