Mode of Action

Lufenuron, a benzoylurea pesticide, inhibits the production of chitin in larval insects. Without chitin, a larval insect will never develop an exoskeleton.

Long residual life. No cross resistance with pyrethoids and organic phosphorus insecticides.

Cotton, maize and vegetables, citrus fruit, etc.

Control

1. Insect growth regulator for control of Lepidoptera and Coleoptera larvae, and citrus whitefly, rust mites.

2. Also for the prevention and control of flea infestations on pets.

Dosage

e.g.

Lufenuron 5%EC, control of beet armyworm on cabbage: 22.5~30g/ha.

5.  First Aid Measures

General advice: Consult a physician.

If inhaled. If breathed in, move person into fresh air.

If not breathing, give artificial respiration

In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and plenty of water

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 min.

If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water.

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a well-ventilated place.
