Hydrophobe SWWR-100 in china is made from special materials by spraying and drying after the special treatment with organic silicon. One of the features is well dispersible in cement mortar. It can react with hydroxyl in the mortar and form a kind of organic silicon resin net, because the hydrophobic radicals in the organic silicon reduces the activity in the surface of mortar, which interdicts the moisture immerging, but the single molecule of water vapor can still pass through the structures and therefore solidified mortar can keep the feature of breathing.
