General Information:
Deoxy arbutin is a safe whitening agent for skin cell and acts as a competitive tyrosinase inhibitor. 
It  can  minimize  the  generation  of  melanin  and  reduce  the  hyperpigmentation.  It  also  can 
promote the brightening of skin tone and has long lasting whitening effect. The inhibiting effect 
for tyrosinase is much better than other kind of whitening agent at lower dosage.
