1.     Precipitated Silica has large surface area and has a good fluidity. It’s quite adsorbent to drugs.

2.     Precipitated Silica has strong hydrophilic property which can accelerate tablet disintegrating to help drug adsorption

3.     The usage amount is 0.15% -3% when used as fluidity agent. It’s quite suitable for oil and extractum which make good fluidity and compression, seldom bag flowing and sticking.

4.     Precipitated Silica is used as inside silica gel in granules making to stabilize the drugs.
