2.Description:
Colorless to white crystal or white crystalline powder, slightly special smell and tasty sweet. Sweetness is about 40% of sucrose. Relative density is 1.525, melting point is 114. D-Light and variable optical nature. Soluble in water and hot ethanol, not soluble in ethanol and ether. The body can not digest and can not use.
1) Used as raw material to produce Xylitol after hydrogenation.
2) Used as non-calorie sweetener in food and soft drink, good for diabetic and obesity patients.
3) Used inside pet feedstuff in some developed countries.
4) Used for bakery food.
5) Used for high quality soy-sauce color.
