Griseofulvin Usage:
The product of a variety of skin tinea inhibition, including skin tinea fungi, dermatophytes genera and microsporum. For tinea versicolor fungus, white with beads bacterium and invalid. This product has antibacterial action, effective on growth of fungi. The product is used for sensitive fungus tinea capitis, onychomycosis, tinea pedis and tinea corporis, tinea imbricate.

Griseofulvin is an orally administered antifungal drug. It is used both in animals and humans, to treat fungal infections of the skin (commonly known as ringworm) and nails. 


Medical uses
Griseofulvin is used orally only for dermatophytosis. It is ineffective topically. It is reserved for cases with nail, hair, or large body surface involvement.

Griseofulvin, an antifungal agent, has been reported to inhibit proliferation of various types of cells. This compound has also been shown to strongly suppress the dynamic instability of individual microtubules via reduction of the rate and extent of the growing and shortening phases. The effects that Griseofulvin has on microtubules can cause mitotic arrest and abnormalities, such as multipolar spindles, misaligned chromosomes, and fragmented nuclei
