Usage:

(a) For food

PH adjust agent: Sodium lactate can stabilize the pH value of the product effectively,

is widely used in processing of poultry products and pasta products,

can enhance flavor and maintain moisture.

Preservatives: Sodium lactate can integrate with free water of products,

to lowers the water activity of products effectively, and to prevent microbial growth.

It can be used in the processing and storage of meat, seafood and noodle products

to inhibit the corruption bacteria like Listeria monocytogenes,

Salmonella and E.coli bacteria and the breeding of pathogens,

 to improve product safety and extended products' shelf-life.

Moisturizing agents: Sodium lactates has an excellent moisturizing effect,

can extend shelf life in the food industry.

(b) For Pharmaceutical

Sodium lactate injection can be used to relieve dehydration caused by diarrhea,

as well as poisoning caused by diabetes and gastritis;

Sodium lacteate can be very effective in treating skin disorders,

such as: symptoms of extreme drying caused by dry skin diseases.

(c) For daily chemical products

A quarter of human skin stratum corneum ingredients is sodium lactate,

it can maintain moisture and enhance skin elasticity and prevent wrinkle.

Sodium lactate also can be used as preservative, flavoring agents, emulsifiers,

 falvor modifier, anti-oxidant synergist, antifreeze, etc.
