  Applications:

    

  1.Red grape peel pigment is easily dissolved in water, alcohol and acetic acid solutions. Under acidic conditions, the color of its water solution is purple-red. Under neutral conditions, the color becomes blue-purple. When used under alkaline conditions, its color becomes blue.

  2.Widely used in coloring food, acidic beverages, wine, jam and jelly. In addition, it has health care effects because it contains anthocyanin.
