Regrease  IPP  is  quite  gentle  to  skin  even  in  high  concentrate.  Regrease  IPP  still  remains  low irritation. It can be dissolved with organic solvents, insoluble in water. Regrease IPP is widely used in  cosmetics.  It  has  good  moisturizing  and  nourishing  ability.  Meanwhile,  it  owns  perfect absorption  for  skin.   It  can  contact  with  the  cortex  and  hair  follicle efficiently . The  general 
recommendation is 3~10%.
