Poly(hexamethylenebiguanide) hydrochloride 27083-27-8 is a polymer used as a disinfectant and antiseptic. In dermatologicaluse[1] it is spelled polihexanide (INN) and sold under names such as Lavasept, Serasept, and Omnicide.
