L-Theanine Green Tea PE Polyphenols
Benefits of Green Tea L-Theanine
What is Natural L-Theanine
Natural L-Theanine is a non-protein amino acid extracted from green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis), and it makes up about 50% of total free amino acids naturally found in the plant. This amino acid is very precious because it constitutes only 1% or 2% of the dry weight of green tea leaves. It’s believed that the taste and flavor of green tea is mainly attributed to the amino acid -L-Theanine. The more important is that Green Tea L-Theanine is clinically proven to reduce stress, improve the quality of sleep, diminish the symptoms of PMS, heighten mental acuity/memory and reduce the side effects of caffeine.
