-Specially designed for the application in low density cement slurry system.

-Generates thickening effect on the cement slurry and enhances cement slurry’s suspension stability.

-Used blow temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).

-Features with excellent salt tolerance up to salt-saturation, suitable for both fresh and salt water system.

-When applied, cement slurry system is stable with little free fluid.

-Good compatibility with other additives.

-Applicable with all API classes of cement

-Soluble in cold water ,dry or water mixed when applied and no water quality is required

-Dry-mixed type fluid loss additive CG210S-D can be made when mixing CG210S-P with materials such as slag, silica flour, flyash etc. When CG210S-P is mixed with salt, dual purpose type CG210S-T can be made which can be both water-mixed or dry mixed. The concentration of CG210S-P high purity powder in both CG210S-T and CG210S-D ranges from 35% to 80%

-Liquid product CG210L is made when 20-30% concentration of CG 210S-P high purity power dissolves in water, If not put to use immediately, germicide should be added as to prolong durability.

-The following technical data and parameters are of our standard type of CG210S-P. We are capable of catering tailor-made products and services upon receipt of customers’ individual requirements.

Note: Dosage of standard CG210S-P is calculated based on 50kg /sack cement and shall be adjusted when different cement, mixing water and slurry density are applied. STANDARD PACKAGING AND STORAGE

-Packed in 25kg bag. It can also be packed according to customer’s different individual demands.

-Use within 24 months after production. When expired, lab test should be conducted to confirm the quality before use.

-Store in ventilated, cool and dry area, avoid exposing to sun and rain. The height of stack should be less than 8 layers.
