Chemical properties: Melting point: 195 ° C, density: 1.385, reddish brown powder. Soluble in ethanol, colorless in concentrated sulfuric acid, diluted into yellow light red. Maximum absorption wavelength (λmax) 545 nm.

Uses: Disperse violet H-FRL is suitable for dyeing polyester fiber and its blended fabric , to dye polyester in high temperature and high pressure method for light to medium color. Can bath hot melt pad dyeing and VAT dyes polyester-cotton cloth, with active purple K - 3 r paste for direct printing of polyester cotton fabric. Bleaching type twill with disperse violet H - FRL bath pad with fluorescent whitening agent DT can improve the whiteness. Can also be used to dye triacetate, but does not apply to dye diacetate fiber, nylon and acrylic.
