Air & Water Reactions Insoluble in water.
Reactivity Profile 2-Aminothiazole reacts violently when nitrated with nitric or nitric-sulfuric acids. 2-Aminothiazole is also incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids, acid chlorides and acid anhydrides.
