Introduction

PFR-SN3020 is a halogen-free flame retardant which is suitable for use in both thermoplastic and thermoset applications. It`s a white, fine-grained powder based on Diethylphosphinic acid, Aluminum salt.

Applications

PFR-SN3020 can be used alone, or in combination with other flame retardants.

*Epoxy resin sealant, 3L-FCCL, FFC, RCC, PCB etc... which have a high requirement of

halogen-free, lead-free, anti-hydrolysis, non-volatile, non-migratory.

*Special cable, melt adhesive, and some thin-walled narrow-section electronic materials,

which have a high requirement of good surface, good dispersity, natural color, halogen-free, anti-hydrolysis, non-volatile, non-migratory.

*TPE-E, SEBS, EVA, PET, PBT, etc... which have a requirement of good surface, good

dispersity, good touch, high temperature-resistant, anti-hydrolysis.

Compatibility

PFR-SN3020 are compatible with Melapur 200, PX-200/230, FP-100/110, SPB-100, SGB-100, ATH, MDH etc..., which can improve the properties of electrical, mechanicalness,

heat-resistant.

UL 94: class V-1, 1.6 mm

Concentration: 1 parts PFR-SN3020 to 10 parts resin

UL 94: class V-0, 1.6 mm

Concentration: 3 parts PFR-SN3020 to 10 parts resin

(or in combination with other flame retardants)
