Dry Vitamin D3 Powder, white or yellowish-white powder without odor, is obtained from the downstream processing of Vitamin D3 Crystal. This product consists of Cholecalciferol coated with β-cyclodextrin . Content of cholecalciferol can be 100,000IU/g, 400,000IU/g, and 500,000IU/g, etc.

It is widely used in many fields such as food , beverage, breeding and forage additives. Its main functions reflected in following 5 aspects:
1)Keep food, fruits and beverage fresh and prevent them from producing unpleasant smell. 
2)Prevent formation of nitrous amine from nitrous acid in meat products.
