Treatment of colorectal cancer	Oxaliplatin belongs to platinum derivatives for the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer metastasis after the failure of the clinical treatment through fluorouracil , it can be used alone or in combination with the use of fluorouracil, it is the third generation of new class of anti-tumor platinum compounds for colorectal cancer after cisplatin and carboplatin , and so far it has been the only envelope platinum drug which has a significant activity.
