Superiority:

Chemical properties Dark brown transparent flakes or powder, crisp and firm. Odorless, slightly special smell. Melting point 115 to 120°C, softening point 70 to 80°C, relative density 1.02 to 1.12. Soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether can be dissolved 5% to 10%. Insoluble in water, but soluble in alkaline aqueous solution. Products are waxy and dewaxing products.

Uses Polishing agents for apple and citrus coatings, gum bases, roasted coffee and coffee substitutes.

Use Coating agent (mainly used for candy), surface decoration agent, glaze agent (chocolate product, etc.), beverage clouding agent.
