Introduction of pilot factories and manufacturing factories
· One pilot factory and three manufacturing factories with seven multi-functioned production lines, equipped with more than one hundred of reactors in material of glass-lined, carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as full set of transforming facility of biological enzyme catalysis. Capacity of reactors covers the range from 50-500L (in pilot factory) and 1000-6300L (in manufacturing factories), guarantees production from grade of kilogram to tonnages of commercial manufacture.
· Completed regular synthetic units and chemical engineering units including extraction, dropping, distillation, rectification, filtering, drying and refined-finishing areas.
· Guarantees to implement synthetic reaction under conditions of various temperatures: 5~20oC, 30~100oC, 130~250oC, as well as low temperature reaction (or crystallization) between -40~0oC.
· Auxiliary facilities including reacting units of hydrogenation, measuring, distillation, vacuum, rectification, drying, hot-oil, steam supply, filtering, centrifuge, purified water, DCS monitor, waste gas monitor, nitrogen generator and chilling water generator.
Common utilities
· Warehouses for solid material, liquid material (in addition to liquid storage tanks), finished products under normal temperature and low temperature.
· Power supply is supported by dual-loop system, with distributing units of high and low voltage, as well as electric power generator.
· Refrigerating water generators, stable supply of chilling water of -150C and -400C.
· Automatic water supply device with purified water supply and circulating water pumps, as well as fire-protection pumps and pools.
· Steam supply of boilers, guarantees effective heat exchange between steam and hot water.
· Ordinary water injection vacuum pumps and Roots water injection vacuum pumps, which achieve operating system of ultimate vacuum.
· Taking oil-free air compressors as resources, the ultra-pure nitrogen generators ensure a full protection to all processes of manufacture.
· Biological and physical and chemical waste water disposal system, guarantees treated waste water reaching national standard and discharging into municipal network. Full set of falling film absorbers guarantee tail gas to be exhausted complying to standards.
