Resveratrol cheap price Resveratrol powder 501-36-0
Resveratrol is a natural phenylpropanoid of the family of stilbenoids and is present in red wines and certain foods. Resveratrol has been deeply studied for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. In Vero cells, resveratrol at 50 μM has shown to have the ability to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 replication by 98% when added after infection. Featured reference paper: Rossi et al, 2021; Yang et al, 2021.
Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is a natural polyphenol derived from red wine; in Asian folk-medicine Resveratrol and its glycoside,Polydatin (sc-203203) are the primary ingredients of Kojo-Kon (derived from the dried root of Japanese knotweed). Resveratrol, a trihydroxystilbene, is derived from various sources and has been studied with regard to numerous applications including reducing serum lipids, inhibition of platelet aggregation, and actions as a chemopreventative agent and antioxidant. Resveratrol has been shown to increase the longevity of yeast as well as having antiproliferative on cancer stem cells. Resveratrol is a specific inhibitor of Cox-1 (cyclooxygenase-1) via inhibition of the hydroperoxidase activity of Cox-1. Resveratrol has also been used extensively in stem cell studies to enhance self-renewal and multipotency of mesencymal stem cells (MSC′s). Numerous studies have been conducted with regard to Resveratrol-modified cardiac stem cells enhancing cardiac healing. Similar studies with bone marrow derived stem cells (BMSCs) have shown that Resveratrol acts as a NF-κB inhibitor to protect MSC-derived chondrocytes. Additional research with Resveratrol used to treat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) resulted in increased alkaline phosphatase activity and osteocalcin levels; thus enriching the MSC and osteoprogenitor cell populations in cultured ADMSCs. Resveratrol is also known as Trans-3,4′,5-Trihydroxystilbene, and 5-[(1E)-2-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)ethenyl]-1,3-benzenediol.
