Air & Water Reactions Soluble in water that forms weakly acidic solutions. Deliquesces in air.
Reactivity Profile Ammonium iron(II) sulfate is a weak reducing agent. Irritating and toxic ammonia and oxides of nitrogen may form in fires [USCG, 1999].
