SilibasePU-8618 is a silicone polyether copolymer that has been designed to provide superior broad process latitude in all grades of conventional slabstock foam.

Provides superior foam process latitude for the full range of conventional slabstock polyether foams on all types of foam production equipment.

Yields the foam with good breathability profile for all formulation over a wide range of silicone and tine catalyst levels.

Provides fine, even cell structure, thus imparts the foam with better handfeeling.

Reduces density gradients in very tall buns.

Storage and Handling Procedure

SilibasePU-8618 should, if possible, be stored at temperature between 5 to 35 °C. Under these conditions and unopened drums, has a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
