Potassium citrate monohydrate is colorless crystal or white crystalline powder, slightly wet, easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerin, insoluble in alcohol, taste salty and cold. Proportion: 1.98, application: mainly used as analytical reagents, food additives, in the pharmaceutical industry with alkaline potassium, used as hypokalemia and alkalinization of urine, also can be made into high efficient compound fertilizer, can also be used for paper, gold and other industries.

Applications

1.Used as buffering agent, chelating agent, stabilizer, antioxidant, emulsifying agent and flavoring agent in food industry.
