3.Usage:
In food processing industry, it is used as buffer chelate agent, stabelizer,antibiotic oxidiser, emulsifier and flavor regulator. Used in dairy products, jelly.jam, meat, tinned pestry. It is also used as emulsifier and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalimia,potassium depletion and alkalization of urire.
