Usage:
Clopidol is a veterinary drug additive used worldwide to prevent cocidiosis in chickens. Clopidol is prohibited from being used in poultry for export, and the maximum residue limits (MRL) of clopidol in chicken muscle is regulated to 0.01 mg/kg in People's Republic of China (P. R. China). Clopidol inhibits electron transport in mitochondria isolated from unsporulated oocysts.
