As colorless crystals. Melting point 100 ºC, relative density 1.595 (20/4 ºC), boiling point of about 140 ºC(decomposition). Soluble in water. 1g of the product can be dissolved in alcohol 1.4ml, 1.7ml ether, 0.7ml of methanol, 2.3ml alcohol, almost insoluble in benzene. Have suitable acidity.
