In the fish, sausage, soy sauce and other foods, after added inosinic acid and guanylic acid, owing to food contained in the condition of pasteurization, the deactivation of phosphatase does not exist. That will make the inosinic acid and guanylic acid decomposition, then lose taste

effect. And add the L-Glutathione Reduced-Sulphur compounds, that can effectively inhibit decomposition.
