Formula: C12H21N2O3PS.
Molecular weight: 304.35.

Appearance: Pale-to-dark brown liquid.
Melting Point: Decomposes at >120 ° C.
Vapour Pressure: 0.097 MPa.
Stability: 40mg/l at 25° C, miscible with ethanol, acetone, xylene, soluble in petroleum oils.
Specification: 95%TC, 50%EC, 60%EC, 50%EW, 40%WP. 5%G, 10%G.
Uses: For fruits, vegetables, tobacco, forage, field crops, range, pasture, grasslands, ornamentals, grubs and nematodes in turf; Seed treatment; Fly control.
Mode of Action: Non-systemic insecticide and acaricide with contact, stomach, and respiratory action.
Toxicity: Midium toxicity.
Acute oral LD 50s is 150-600 mg/kg for rat, acute percutaneous is 911 mg/kg.
