What is Disodium succinate?

There are two forms of sodium succinate: disodium crystal and sodium succinate. Its six water is crystalline granule, the water is crystalline powder, colorless to white, odorless and umami, the taste threshold is 0.03%, stable in the air, easy to dissolve in water. It is the only organic acid food umami that our country permits. Sodium succinate is often used in conjunction with the sodium glutamate, and the general usage is about 10% of the sodium glutamate. The standard of hygienic standard for food additives in China (gb2760-1996) stipulates that sodium succinate can be used for seasoning, with the maximum dosage of 20 g/kg.
