A white crystalline powder with a sweet smell which is often described as caramelized sugar and sweet fruit in dilute solution.
1g of Ethyl Maltol dissolves in 55ml of water; 10ml of Ethanol;17ml of Propylene Glycol and 5ml of Chloroform.

Application
