Uses: This is a basic cyclic peptide consisting of four peptides, such as capreomycin IA, IB, II A and II B. The main clinical applications are IA and IB. The antibacterial effect of this product on Mycobacterium tuberculosis is 1/2 of streptomycin, ammonia salicylic acid and acetylbutanol, which is 1/10 of isoniazid. It is mainly used in patients with various types of tuberculosis bacilli or cavities with reversible lesions.
