Products Procedure
1. Choose smooth material to make the mold frame, such as an acrylic plate.
2. According to the actual situation, the master module is put in the frame and fixed.
3. Spray a little release agent in the female die and the die frame wall.
4. The silicone rubber and curing agent are mixed in 100:2 weight ratio and fully mixed evenly.
5. Vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
6. Pour the bubble in the mold into the mold box.
7. Put the model frame into the vacuum machine according to the actual situation,. (optional).
8. Wait for stripping can be cured.
Precautions For Use
1. Before large-scale use, please do small amount of trial, familiar with the production skills to avoid errors.
2. Do according to the manufacturer's instructions ratio for quantity, and the weighing accuracy, please remember that the ratio is by weight rather than volume. After the mixing of AB silicone rubber, stir it fully to avoid not cure or incomplete cure.
3. If you want to speed up the curing time, you can heating up when liquid silicone rubber initially solidified, but could not heating up immediately after pouring which will cause non-curing because of the volatilization of curing agent. .
4. When mixing the AB silicone, mixing in the same direction. When pour glue, take a little bit of the higher and same position on the female die on the same position, let the glue flow flat on the master die, it will increase the flow time of the glue to reduce the bubble.
