Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid, allowing opalescence, no mechanical impurities
Solid content: 50±1%

Uses:
A: two components solid at room temperature. Could be used with 650 polyamide or T-31. The 650 adding amount is about 20~25% of the resin total amount. TheT-31 adding amount is about 10% of the resin total amount.
B: Oven curing at high temperature, it fully solidified after 1 hour at 180℃. It could be cooperate with other amino resin to shorten the solidification time.
Notes:
a. The diluting solvent used in this product should not contains water, pyridine sulfur-containing compounds and impurities, otherwise it will affect the resin film adhesion, dry and other properties.
b. There will be a lot of xylene and other flammable, toxic solvents evaporate during the production process, we should pay special attention to strengthening the field of ventilation, attention to fire safety, strict cut off the source of fire. The operator should pay attention to labor protection.
c. The processing equipment, utensils must be clean during the production process. To prevent dust、foreign matter and water.
d. The products such as acid、alkali、salt of organic acid amine compounds has Accelerate the solidification effectiveness for this product, and will influence the heat resistance and electrical properties. So, this product should be isolated with those products when storing.
Storage: This product should be stored in ventilated, cool, dry place to prevent direct sunlight exposure; to prevent serious pollution of acid, lye, and should be cut off from sources of ignition away from heat, the product storage period is six months.
