How to use:
1. According to usage, accurately weigh a certain weight ( equal weight component A and component B);
2. The A, B two components are mixed in a dry container, stir standing defoaming or vacuum to remove air bubbles;
3. To be packed components should be cleaned, dried, mixed silicone and pour it completely infiltrated;
4. Place the packaged chip oven to solidify. solidifying speed can be changed by changing the temperature, recommended conditions: first cured 1h at 100 ℃, 4h and then cured at 150 ℃.
Note:
1. LED package Silicone gel IOTA 4011 is non-dangerous goods, according to general chemical transport;
2. Store the product in a cool dry place, shelf life is six months;
A, B components are required to be sealed, same requirement after opening , avoid contact with moisture in the air, before the package should be kept dry LED chip
Do not touch the product of nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, ethynyl, more vinyl, peroxide and lead, tin, cadmium and other metal compounds, to avoid catalyst poisoning affect the solidifying effect.
