Application:
Aluminum hypophosphite is a new kind of accelerant.It is formed by hydrothermal reaction and then calcined at a high temperature of 800 degrees.The purity is as high as 98 percent.The chemical formula is Al (H2PO2)3.The modified aluminum hypophosphite has good thermal stability and does not cause the decomposition of the polymer or affect the plastic moulding composition.The product is insoluble in water and does not evaporate under the usual conditions of preparation and processing of thermoplastic polymers.Make its application products have high thermal stability, in the process of processing has good mechanical properties and good resistance to weathering, containing polymer composite material of aluminum phosphate present higher flame retardancy, because of high phosphorus content time aluminum phosphate, has good thermal stability and solubility in water and large flame retardant effect, used in PA6, PBT, modified plastics, such as the high flame retardant effect, add in PBT, sharply reduce the heat release rate and combustion heat, burning into carbon content increased, after the flame retardant performance achieved UL94 standard V - level 0, and through the experiment than it is now the domestic use of PBT, flame retardant,Flame retardant effect can be increased by 60%
