The starting materials of disubstituted pyrimidine were synthesized by series amination and Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction. Diarylpyrimidine synthesis involving a diaryl cross - coupling reaction is also used. Used in synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates
