Mannitol(D-Mannitol) is a type of functional sugar alcohl with excellent performance.Its molecular formula is C6H14O6 and molecular weight is 182.17 .It is nonhygroscopic, odorless, white or colorless crystal powder..

 

Properties:

1. 1. Sweet taste-sweet degree: 55%-65% of sucrose's.
   2. Low calory: 1.6kc/g, taking 40% of sucrose's.
   3. Nonhyfroscopic: the only which nonhygroscopic in hexahydric sugar alchol.
